Cambridge’s own LaGroceria Restaurant stars as
set for MTV’s “MADE”
DATELINE:
CAMBRIDGE, MASS…LaGroceria restaurant, a
Central Square, Cambridge landmark, is the
choice venue for an episode of MTV’s new season
of “MADE” starring Keith Sidle.
The
contemporary, elegant atmosphere of LaGroceria

backdrop for one of Sidle’s key scenes

“MADE” is
a reality show that offers one willing
candidate a chance to chase their dream and
make themselves over. This season, Sidle, a
burly 17 year-old outdoorsman, is on a mission
to transform his life. He wants to show his
sensitive side by being “MADE” into a graceful
ballroom dancer.
“MTV was
looking for an established neighborhood
restaurant, and since the producer is a fan of
our authentic ethnic cuisine, they decided we
would make the perfect backdrop for the show,”
explained owner Franco Mastromauro. LaGroceria
